One of the most challenging and tragic things any human being can experience is a head injury. Every single day brings new difficulties, the future is uncertain and the peaks and valleys are almost unbearable. I know this because I personally experienced it after a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) in early 2019. Unfortunately, support for those of us going through this journey is severely lacking due to traditional practitioners being overloaded or insurance red tape. Yet it remains one of the most effective tools in working through these injuries. And not just for the sufferer themselves but even more for those that are trying to help. Caregivers, spouses, siblings, etc need just as much support and yet almost none exists. Enter Servant Leadership LLC, a support based coaching firm dedicated to coming alongside those going down this difficult road and working together to not only support you through the unique challenges faced by head injury victims, but to develop creative solutions to the myriad of issues faced by brain injury survivors. Servant Leadership was created to bring much needed support to this marginalized and underserved community in a way that is both affordable and accessible. Whether it’s a TBI, Post Concussive Syndrome, or any other associated condition, you are welcome here, you are wanted here, but most importantly you MATTER here. While Servant Leadership is directed towards head injury survivors and their families, it is by no means limited to those clients. I specialize in support which means even if it is a life change you are going through and need someone to bounce ideas  off of, or a relationship you need help with, or even just a true support system you’ve never had, please reach out!
